Featured Product of the Week...
The Matambre. This classic Argentinian dish is prepared at our store, and is ready for your oven, at 375 degrees, for 15-20 minutes/lb. The name, "mata" plus "hambre", means hunger killer, as it is often served as an appetizer in Argentina. These rolled and tied flank steaks are stuffed with vegetables, herbs, and hardboiled eggs.
