What makes the Lamb Top Round unique?

It's the most tender piece of the lamb leg. This small roast is approximately one and half to two pounds and is very tender with great flavor. You can roast it whole, butterfly it for the grill, or cut it against the grain into steaks. This is a versatile, sleeper cut, that is sure to please. Add flavor with our house marinade or use one of the following recipes.
