Featured special of the week.....

Fresh chorizo. While we get many request for different types of sausages we could not resist introducing this sausage on Cinco de Mayo. Made fresh in our store in small batches this sausage has a very distinguishable flavor. This weeks sausages will resemble more of a Mexican or Carribean style chorizo rather than a Spanish style. Serve these sausages sliced as an appetizer, add to a soup or stew, or spice up your breakfast with a chorizo and egg recipe.

I haven't been out to your shop yet, but if anything pulls me in, it is homemade chorizo! Yes, yes, YES.
